Beyond that:

I am a professor, author, and researcher. I am also an introvert, a stroke survivor, and an enthusiast of chess, ham radio, table tennis, hiking, and ultramarathons. I am fascinated by lakes, rivers, streams, waterfalls, unusual landscapes, and historic sites.
