I am a writer and an introverted person; therefore, I primarily work alone on writing and publishing. There is substantive literature on this (e.g., Isaac Newton, Albert Einstein, Nikola Tesla, Isaac Asimov, John Nash, J.K. Rowling, and Susan Cain are introverted and work strongly independently) (Brillo 2025 [message and lecture]).
The IGRD’s foundation is Governance. It profoundly embraces “good” Governance, which simply means firmly opposing “bad” Governance. Indeed, among the colleges at UPLB, this institution has higher Governance requirements regarding obligations, responsibilities, and transparency, embodying credibility and a good reputation (Brillo 2024 [message and lecture]).
