An Academic Expert means: (a) holding a higher degree in a discipline; (b) possessing extensive teaching and lecturing experience—including repetition and recapitulation of knowledge; (c) having substantive literature ranging from classical works to the latest scholarship; and (d) demonstrating strong research, primarily through reputable publications (Brillo 2017, 2025 [message and lecture]).
